I am seeing the same error John is, but I am running unmanaged reports. I am using Crystal Server 2013 and attempting to run a report against a Sybase ASE 15.7 database using the SDK. I have tried both an ODBC and a JDBC connection with the same result. I have tested the ODBC connection through the Data Source Administrator with out issue. I have not been able to determine if the drivers can't be found by the Report Application Server or if there is another property that I am missing in my ConnectionInfo.
I tried turning up the logging for the Report Application Server, but I have not seen anything helpful in the log. Is there another component involved where I should turn up the logging?
Any advice on troubleshooting this connectivity / error would be appreciated.
