Because of where you posted this, I assumed you were talking about the BusinessObjects SDK. What you need is the Crystal for Eclipse SDK. There is a link to the download instructions for this here: SAP Crystal Reports, version for Eclipse
That is also the correct space for asking questions about how to use that SDK.
