That code does not work with BIP 4.x - much of the ReportEngine SDK was deprecated and it's being replaced by the RESTful Web Services SDK. I don't know whether this functionality is available yet in the new SDK (it's being added to with every service pack), but you can find the documentation for it and get more assistance with it here: RESTful Web Services SDK
